The event will hire an Eftpos unit/s at $150+GST a unit on your behalf which you will be invoiced for alongside your site fees. Each site is welcome to order more than one unit should you wish to.
Do you agree to comply with all licensing requirements this includes; to have a named Duty Manager onsite, to supply at least one low alcoholic option and only accept card payments from attendees.

Please read and accept these terms and conditions to be a part of the 2026 Twizel Salmon and Wine Festival.
I/We acknowledge that neither The Organisers nor any associated contractors or sub-contractors has any personal liability to me/us in connection with the organising of the Festival, my/our attendance, or any loss of damage that I/We may suffer in consequence thereof.
I/We hereby agree to indemnify The Organisers nor any associated contractors or sub-contractors thereof in respect of any claim which may be made against them arising and all costs, claims and damages in respect thereof.
I/We hereby grant The Organisers nor any associated contractors or sub-contractors permission to forward our name, address and any other information deemed necessary to any third party at the discretion of The Organisers.
I/We hereby agree as a food/beverage seller to have the licensing required to do so at the festival.
I/We understand all of the electrical equipment supplied as a vendor will be tagged and tested and trailer units are required to have an update Electrical WOF
I/We hereby agree not to run out of food or beverage before 4.30pm on the festival day. You will be updated with numbers attending.
I/We hereby agree to leave any hired equipment (marquee, trestle table) and my site in a clean and tidy condition on departure.
I/We hereby agree to take all stall generated rubbish away with me to dispose of offsite -clean items that can be recycled will be sorted by our waste management team onsite.
I/We hereby agree to remove any vehicles offsite before 9.30am on the day of the festival and park them in the stall holder carpark
I/We understand vehicles are not permitted to move and pack down onsite until all attendees have vacated the venue.
I/We hereby commit to attaining my own public liability insurance for the festival.
I/We understand that food stallholders are prohibited to sell alcohol and alcohol sellers are prohibited to sell food.
I/We agree to follow the instructions of the Health & Safety Manager during pack in, at the festival and after the event.
I/We understand that in the event of a cancellation due to circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control (eg natural disaster, pandemic, fire etc) that I/we may not be entitled to a full refund.
I/We understand that to attend this event we must abide by government rules at the time regarding vaccinations/COVID-19
I/We understand there are no refunds on a site fee once the final invoice has been paid
I/We understand that if we are selling alcohol we must abide by the licensing rules. This includes NO cash sales. I/we agree that if I/we don't follow the liquor licensing rules, there is a possibility of being shut down and not welcome back to future events.
I/ We understand the Festival is aiming to reduce our environmental impact. We ask all vendors to please not use any single use plastic items , all beverages are to be served in the official festival cups and to look towards compostable packaging solutions. Our team is happy to suggest ideas and products to help you achieve this.
I/We understand that if we do not follow these terms and conditions on the day, that our site may be asked to shut down and stop service.
