STALLHOLDER APPLICATION

Thank you for your interest in joining us as a stallholder in 2027. Please complete the following form prior to Wednesday 26th August 2026.

Alcohol vendors, in order to comply with Liquor Licensing requirements, all takings on the day are required to go to the event owner (Twizel Promotions) these funds will be reimbursed in full post-event. The Festival will hire a unit on your behalf, and a fee for this will be included in your site fee invoice. Please note that in 2027 all alcohol vendors will not be able to accept cash as doing so jeopardises our license. While site fees remain the same, we are introducing a 6% commission on alcohol sales to align with other events and cover administration costs for liquor-license requirements.
